
MOSCOW, July 6 A preferential lending program for investors building sports facilities will be launched in the capital, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced on his Telegram channel.
«A preferential lending program will be launched in Moscow for investors building sports facilities. The rate will be only 3%, and the maximum loan size will be 500 million rubles,» he wrote. 
It is noted that a company applying for a loan must be registered in Moscow, operate for more than one year, not be in the process of bankruptcy and not have tax debts. In addition, the company must have at least five people on staff. It is expected that thanks to the launch of the program, 300 sports facilities will be built in the capital within six years.
