On July 5-7, Novokuznetsk hosted the 4th stage of the Russian Autocross Championship

The track in Novokuznetsk is a great opportunity to test your strength and make a noticeable breakthrough in the standings in the second half of the championship season. The closer the final stage, the sharper each race. After all, even the most insignificant mistake can cause a decrease in position in the overall standings.

Therefore, the pilots who came to Novokuznetsk for the 4th stage of the Russian Championship took a thorough approach to both preparation and race strategy.

The races were spectacular and did not let go of the audience’s attention for a minute. Thus, in the T1-2500 class, from the moment of qualifications, the struggle for 1st and 3rd positions began. Khashimov Radis and Govor Alexander literally fought for the right to be first. And either Nikolay Zverev or Artem Redkin tried to hold 3rd place.

The fight in the D2N class was also interesting. After the qualifying races, the top three looked like this: Konstantin Vilchinsky, Alexander Osintsev, Anton Slukin. Mikhail Zhuzhgov took the last place on the starting grid. But thanks to a correctly built strategy and confident movement towards victory, he took first place at the end of the races.
