MOSCOW, July 14 Presidential Press Secretary Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov said that he had read published declassified archives about negotiations between the Russian leadership and NATO in the 1990s. The video was published in the Telegram channel of journalist Pavel Zarubin.
Previously founded by journalists and scientists in 1985, the US National Security Archive has published a new batch of declassified documents related to relations between the Russian Federation, the United States and NATO.
«Yes, I read, I really read. And I even read the recordings of conversations that (Russian President Vladimir) Putin spoke about long ago, 6 or 7 years ago — what they promised us, what was discussed and what happened in “in the end,” Peskov said.
