SOCHI, July 20 Specialists are extinguishing a fire on an area of 1.9 hectares in the Tuapse district of the Krasnodar Territory, reports the regional operational headquarters.
«Forest firefighting units are extinguishing a fire in the area of the village of Krivenkovskoye near the Anastasievskie waterfalls on an area of 1.9 hectares. A total of 22 people and six pieces of equipment are involved,» the Kuban operational headquarters said in a statement. 
It is noted that a number of measures are currently being taken to localize the forest fire, and additional equipment has been sent to the site.
Earlier, rescuers extinguished a fire in the forest of the Tuapse region on an area of about four hectares.
