MOSCOW, July 26 A person was injured in the shelling of the village of Bochkovka, Belgorod District, the region's governor Vyacheslav Gladkov reported on his Telegram channel.
«The village of Bochkovka, Belgorod District, came under fire from the Ukrainian Armed Forces. According to preliminary information, one civilian was injured. A woman with a mine blast injury, shrapnel wound to the arm and barotrauma was hospitalized in the trauma department of City Hospital No. 2 in Belgorod. All necessary assistance is being provided,» he wrote.
Gladkov added that damage was also found on the territory of an agricultural enterprise in the village — the roof of one of the buildings was broken, and a power line was also damaged.
«Information about the consequences of the shelling is being clarified. «The door-to-door visit will continue during daylight hours,» the governor concluded.
A high level of terrorist threat has been established throughout the Belgorod Region since April 11, 2022. The region's border with Ukraine is 350 kilometers long.
