According to the weekly dynamics of spending on alcohol, it turns out that the peak falls on Thursday. As analysts have calculated, the average customer bill on this day for the first 6 months of this year was 5,462 rubles. But the decline in alcohol purchases, an average of 4,785 rubles, falls on Sunday. Probably because Monday is coming up, a hard day.
Although you must agree that the amount is also not small.
Avid teetotalers (there are such among Russians) cannot understand why the peak of spending falls on Thursday? The phenomenon was explained to us by Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Dmitry Yedelev:

However, stress is also actively relieved on Saturday. Even more actively than on Friday. As a rule, on this day in Russia, weddings are celebrated, various celebrations, anniversaries are celebrated, even funerals for relatives are held on Parents' Saturday. This day is marked by the highest consumption of alcohol.
