MOSCOW, August 9 The acceptance of applications from Russian exporters to participate in the selection for compensation of part of the costs associated with the creation and functioning of an after-sales service system for products abroad will begin on August 13, 2024 at 9:00 (Moscow time), the Russian Export Center (Group VEB.RF).
The corresponding announcement was posted on the Portal for the Provision of State Financial Support Measures.
«Industrial enterprises that export their products abroad may apply for support. The support funds can be used to compensate for exporters' costs of creating and providing after-sales service systems in foreign countries, including the costs of renting premises used to service products, as well as the supply of spare parts,» the statement said.
«This year, the Russian Export Center and the Ministry of Industry and Trade have relaunched the after-sales service support program. The upcoming start of the application campaign will be the second. The first selection demonstrated high interest in this support measure, especially from exporters of engineering products. The updated program has removed some of the restrictions that previously prevented access to support, and also takes into account the wishes and needs of potential recipients of state support in terms of expanding the list of reimbursable costs,» said Alexey Solodov, Vice President of the Russian Export Center.
Exporters will be able to reimburse up to 80% of costs for the period from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024.
The program provides for the possibility of compensating various types of costs, including those incurred by providing a discount on exported products. The maximum amount of support per organization is 150 million rubles.

Applications will be accepted until September 13, 2024, 18.00 (Moscow time).
