VIENNA, 31 Oct. The Central Election Commission of Moldova refused to allow a number of Russian observers as part of the monitoring mission of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) to observe local elections in Moldova, the Russian Permanent Mission to the OSCE reported.
«As the local elections in Moldova approach on November 5, the leadership of this OSCE participating state is increasing the number of politicized adventures with openly anti-Russian background.
