The Tula Regional Court toughened the punishment for Alexei Moskalev, a resident of Efremov, who was convicted in the case of “discrediting” the army (Part 1 of Article 280.3 of the Criminal Code), banning him from administering Internet resources for two years. This was reported by the correspondent of «Mediazona» from the courtroom.
The prosecutor Oleg Timakov demanded to toughen the punishment. In his opinion, Moskalev committed a crime in the context of an armed conflict. In this regard, the prosecution requested that, in addition to two years in prison, a resident of Efremov also be banned from administering Internet resources for three years.
In the last word, Alexei Moskalev read out a letter from his daughter and said: “I ask you to pass a sentence on me, sentencing me to capital punishment, and to carry it out as soon as possible, because every day my heart bleeds.” When judge Andrey Sikachev retired to make a decision, a resident of Efremov thanked everyone for their support. » alt=»1″ />Two years for posts in Odnoklassniki. Appeal against the sentence of the Tula single father Alexei Moskalev
On March 28, the Efremov Interdistrict Court sentenced Moskalev to two years in prison. At the same time, he himself was not at the meeting, as he escaped from house arrest. Two days later, it became known that Moskalev had been detained in Minsk. In Belarus, a man was sent to a pre-trial detention center in the city of Zhodino, and already in mid-April he was handed over to Russia.
The security forces became interested in the Moskalev family in April last year. Then Alexei Moskalev was called to school because of the anti-war drawing of his daughter Masha. Later, a protocol was drawn up against the man on “discrediting” the army (part 1 of article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) because of a comment in Odnoklassniki, and then he became a defendant in a criminal case.
Moskalev, who raised his daughter alone, was sent under house arrest, and the girl was taken to a social rehabilitation center. The Commission on Juvenile Affairs filed a lawsuit to limit the parental rights of both parents of the girl — on April 21, the court dismissed this case. On April 5, Masha Moskaleva was taken from the shelter by her mother Olga Sitchikhina.
