MOSCOW, September 18 Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin appointed Vladimir Kozhin as a senator of the Federation Council from the capital; the corresponding decree was published on the website of the mayor and city government.
“In accordance with the Federal Law of December 22, 2020 No. 439-FZ “On the procedure for forming the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation”, vest the powers of a senator of the Russian Federation – a representative from the executive body of state power of the city of Moscow, Vladimir Igorevich Kozhin for the term of office of the mayor of Moscow” , says the decree.
