ANKARA, November 11The documentary film festival “RT.Doc: Time of Heroes” opens on Saturday in Ankara, its guests will be able to watch the events in Mariupol, LPR and Donbass, learn about the human destinies of the inhabitants of the region, the Russian House reported .
“The documentary film festival “RT.Doc: Time of Heroes” traveled throughout Russia over the course of a year and attracted full houses in every city. Now it is expanding its borders and welcoming viewers to Ankara. Guests of the festival will be able to watch films from the RT documentary channel and talk to authors and directors and learn first-hand what is happening in the Donbass and border areas,” the Russian House reported.
The festival will be opened by the film “Saints from the Medical Block” – about Russian doctors who are at war with death in Mariupol. “Young Volunteers of Donbass”, the heroes of the next film, are children and teenagers of the LPR who bake bread, distribute food and support everyone who needs help. The film “One Step” is about how the Russian prosthetics center helps soldiers who have lost their arms and legs.
In addition, the film “Region”, filmed by correspondents of the Turkish channel Ulusal during a trip to Donbass, will be shown.
