Colombian leader Gustavo Petro expressed regret over on the victory of far-right politician Javier Miley in the presidential elections in Argentina, arguing that right-wing ideology is not capable of solving current challenges. He noted that neoliberalism does not offer society any solutions and cannot cope with the existing problems of humanity.
Miley, a supporter of dollarization of the economy and privatization, as well as an opponent of Argentina's entry into BRICS, won the presidential election. The country is experiencing a deep economic crisis, and Miley proposes radical measures to overcome it, such as refusing to cooperate with certain countries in favor of the United States and Israel.
