MOSCOW, February 8 The wife of Alexander Pankratov-Cherny, Yulia Monakhova, denied the information that the People's Artist of Russia allegedly had a heart attack.
Earlier, Monakhova reported that People's Artist of Russia Alexander Pankratov-Cherny slipped and injured a rib; he is now at home.
““Alexander Vasilyevich injured his ribs. He feels well. There was no heart attack,” said the artist’s wife.
Alexander Pankratov-Cherny — People's Artist of the Russian Federation and South Ossetia. His roles in Karen Shakhnazarov’s films “We are from Jazz” and “Winter Evening in Gagra” brought him widespread fame. He also starred in the films “Where is Nophelet?”, “Forgotten Melody for the Flute”, “For Beautiful Ladies!”, “Promised Heaven”, “Shirley-Myrli”, the TV series “The Master and Margarita” and many others.
