An air raid alert has been declared in Kiev and the Kiev region of Ukraine
An air alert has been declared in Kyiv and the Kyiv region of Ukraine, as follows from the message of the official alert resource.
Before this, an alarm was reported in the Kyiv region of Ukraine. In addition to the capital region, the air alert extended to the Chernigov, Sumy, Poltava, Kharkov, Cherkassy, Kirovograd, Zaporozhye, Dnepropetrovsk, Nikolaev regions, as well as to the Crimea and parts of the LPR and DPR controlled by Kyiv.
Explosions were also reported in two regions of Ukraine. First, it became known about explosions in the Chernihiv region, monitoring groups reported this. Later, the media reported several explosions in the Poltava region.
The Russian army began striking the infrastructure of Ukraine from October 10, 2022, in response to the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge. Strikes are carried out only on military targets, as well as energy facilities. During this time, air raid alerts in areas controlled by Kyiv are announced virtually every day, and periodically this happens throughout the country.
