MOSCOW, August 10. Residents of the Kursk region who were forced to leave their homes due to the worsening situation can apply for a one-time payment of 10 thousand rubles on the State Services website, said Deputy Prime Minister — Chief of Staff of the Government Dmitry Grigorenko.
«Residents of the Kursk region who were forced to leave their homes due to the worsening situation in the border areas will be paid 10 thousand rubles on the instructions of the president. This one-time payment and other support measures can already be applied for on the State Services portal,» Grigorenko said, as quoted by the press service.

Residents of Belovsky, Glushkovsky, Korenevsky, Lgovsky, Rylsky, Sudzhansky, Khomutovsky districts can receive a payment of 10 thousand rubles. As specified by the press service of the Ministry of Digital Development, the term of service provision is up to six working days.

Also through the portal, residents of the Kursk region can apply for payment for loss of property and payment for damage to health as a result of an emergency and others.
«It is extremely important that citizens receive assistance promptly, exactly when they need it. Already now, affected residents of the Kursk region can apply for a one-time payment without any delays on the State Services portal. For those who have a residence permit or registration in the border areas of the Kursk region, this function is automatically displayed on the portal screen in proactive mode,» the Deputy Prime Minister commented.
Grigorenko also recalled that in eight districts of the Kursk region, communication services for residents have been made free even with a negative balance — calls, mobile Internet and SMS messages. Subscribers can call all numbers in Russia. Communication operators will maintain a positive balance for residents of the Belovsky, Bolshesoldatsky, Glushkovsky, Korenevsky, Lgovsky, Rylsky, Sudzhansky and Khomutovsky districts until the end of the emergency regime.

Russian President Vladimir Putin, commenting on the situation in the Kursk region, stated that the Kiev regime had undertaken another large-scale provocation and was firing indiscriminately, including at civilian targets.
